FUN FITNESS CLASSES FOR ADULTS - HELD OVER ZOOM!
Taught by West End leading lady Laura Tyrer, our hugely popular 80's dance/aerobics classes are back - and taking place over Zoom until the lockdown's over.
Suitable for all levels of dance experience (including none!), it's a stress-busting, sociable and feel-good hour each week - with an epic 80's soundtrack and easy-to-pick-up choreography.
What is it?
It's 1/3rd aerobics, 1/3rd a dance class and 1/3rd non-stop disco! Get ready for around 15 people, often dressed in wonderful lycra and neon (encouraged but not compulsory!), jumping about to some of the biggest hits of the 80's. It's absolute bliss.
Each class involves learning a short routine to a legendary 80's hit (the choreography is suitable for beginners!), some dance technique and flexibility exercises and strategically placed cardio bursts! It's fun, there are options for different levels of fitness and you'll leave a little bit sweaty but not completely dead! We promise!
Classes occur every Wednesday evening from 7-8pm. You can book a single class for £10, or a block of three sessions for just £25 (which makes it just £8.30 per class).
The classes are occurring over Zoom (live video link) until it's safe to return to the studio. Each week, your private Zoom link will let you log on and complete the live class in the comfort of your own living room.
Laura Tyrer is a true West End leading lady, who has starred as Velma Kelly (opposite Duncan James) in the London production of Chicago and Mrs Wormwood/Ms Honey in Matilda. Most recently, she shared the role of Violet with Louise Redknapp in Dolly Parton's 9 to 5.
Laura is a HUGE fan of 80s cheese and fully fitness-trained: the perfect host for our sociable, feel-good online classes. We are lucky to have her!
